Come on a Private Tour across the Øresund Bridge on a culinary journey through the tastes of Sweden. Try food from both the lush countryside of Scania and well as the booming restaurant scene in Malmö, while your guide tells you stories of the places you visit.

On this tour you discover Sweden and Malmö through its food. After being picked up in Copenhagen we go across the great Øresund Bridge and head out to the lush countryside. The fields of Scania are among the most fertile in Europe and produce around half of Sweden's food despite being only 2% of the land area. Here we get a taste of locally grown and produced delicacies. First we try an aperitif at family owned farm with their own produce and berries, very popular with the locals. Then we head to the next village over to an organic farm going back 300 years for a starter made by the best the countryside has to offer. Here you have the chance to visit the animals as well.

For main course it is time to head into Malmö, where you get Swedish specialties at one of the latest restaurants on Malmö's booming dining scene, right out by the sea side. You will have a chance to try Swedish Meatballs. For desert we finish off right by Malmö's great landmark, the iconic skyscraper Turning Torso. Here we try the national pride "Swedish Fika", a style of coffee and cake, with a spectacular view reaching all the way back to Denmark.

Cycle through the lush and flat countryside of Sweden south of Malmö on a full day trip, with fields among the most productive in Europe. Visit charming little cottage stores, try picking local raspberries and have a Swedish lunch at a farm going back 300 years.

A local saying in the very south of Sweden is that the country can be divided into two parts of equal value; the part north of Malmö and the part south of it. Sure enough, the scenic, lush fields do indeed live up to expectations. On this tour you come out on the most fertile and productive fields in all of Scandinavia, where you visit old medieval villages and cosy little farmhouses among the fields.

After pickup in Copenhagen we go across the magnificent Øresund Bridge to head out to the middle of the countryside south of Malmö. There we jump on the bikes and start our leisurely ride between the villages and farmhouses on the quiet country roads. During the tour we visit little cottage stores, a medieval church, and a raspberry farm where we get the chance to pick our own raspberries. In the middle of the tour there is lunch included at an old farmhouse restaurant with organic food from its own fields and animals, which can also be visited.

The tour has a leisurely pace and can be joined by anyone at least moderately fit. It is also possible to use an electric bike for that extra push. Being able to ride a bike is a must in any case. The total length is 14 km, which are cycled in 4-5 sections with a break in between. A bottle of water is provided to all participants.

After the tour it is possible to visit Malmö independently. A complimentary train ticket back to Copenhagen is provided and is valid on any departure for the rest of the day.

See Malmö and Lund on this all day tour to the core of Southern Sweden. Experience the twin towns that are each other's contrasts and compliments with your own guide. Lund's great past once made it more Danish than Copenhagen and is today the town of wisdom, while Malmö lives in the present and is the cultural hub of the area.

The urban core of the southern parts of Swedish is Lund and Malmö, so close to Denmark that they are considered part of Greater Copenhagen. These two towns could not be more different from each other. Lund is old, small and cozy, with its prestigious university and old Danish cathedral. Malmö is bigger and always changing, as if its memory was but a few years, with modern architecture and an international and hip culture. Together they form the ideal trip, introducing both the province of Scania (Skåne) and Sweden.

The guide will pick you up at your location in central Copenhagen to take you to Sweden. Cross the magnificent Øresund Bridge connecting the two countries, and take in the breathtaking view. Arriving in Lund, you get to experience the quint atmosphere in this pretty town, with its narrow streets, old university and imposing cathedral.

For lunch the tour continues to Malmö, which has a rich selection of popular restaurants. After lunch you can discover the story of Malmö, a place that is the constant underdog. The tour covers a church that could qualify into the Monty Pythons, how you can get rich by bad book-keeping and what the Koreans mean by “The tears of Malmö”. We end the tour among the skyscraper in “Malm-hattan” and an excellent view towards Denmark, before you go back to Copenhagen.

Your return trip can be made by our minibus or by direct service train to Copenhagen. Taking the train allows you to stay in Malmö independently for as long as you wish since the ticket, provided by the guide, is valid all day. Due to afternoon rush hour in Denmark the train is more comfortable and quicker (35 min) than the minibus (often 1 hour or more). Train is normally recommended. You can choose whether or not to take the train on the day of the tour.

Take a 5 hour tour deep inside the Danish history from the Vikings to nowadays. Roskilde offers an incredible insight into the world of the Vikings and their era. Roskilde was a Viking trading place more than 1000 years ago. At the Viking Ship Museum, which is located at Roskilde Harbour, you can see remains of Viking ships from the 11th century and sail like a Viking out on the fjord.

Half an hour from Copenhagen lies Roskilde, a city of both kings and Vikings and the final resting place of no less than 38 Danish monarchs in its cathedral. You will be picked up by a private vehicle and English speaking guide who will take you west of Copenhagen through green farmland dotted with idyllic villages, passing ancient grave mounds and prehistoric stone chambers to Roskilde. On your tour, you will visit the impressive Cathedral, where Danish kings and queens have been buried since the pagan times. Next, you will proceed to the Viking Ship Museum, located by the picturesque Roskilde Fjord, where you will see five genuine Viking Ships, dating back more than 1000 years, which were sunk to prevent the enemy from entering the fjord. Besides being a Viking city, Roskilde hosts Music Festival, the largest music and culture event in Northern Europe which attracts over 80,000 visitors annually from all over the world.

Your guide is a Viking descendant but I'm also nice and peaceful. You'll get a good and thoroughly introduction to Vikings, their life and time and religion including their mythological universe. The tour is outside of Copenhagen, last 7 hours, has to some extent a flexible programme and is very child friendly.

We start our Viking tour with a visit to Roskilde Viking Ship Museum and their 5 original Viking ships. Dedicated and skilled craftsman built a 1:1 replica of each of the 5 ships and these replicas are available for guests to sail in the summer months. The Viking Ship Museum is a fantastic museum that is informative and kid friendly. Guests can also enjoy excellent (Viking) food.

In Roskilde we will also visit Roskilde Cathedral which has the worlds biggest collection of Royal tombs, 39 on total. On the Viking Tour there are two optional Viking fortifications we can visit, if you like.

This tour is perhaps one of the most child friendly and interesting tours for kids.
